I am a New Yorker, born and bred. I teach Jews and non-Jews, yeshiva graduates and those who cannot recognize Hebrew letters; I lead prayer, and guide lives. I believe that though New Yorkers live lives of great speed and strident self-sufficiency, when we scratch the surface of our lives we find a deep desire to address the needs of the spirit.
